The Main Lake is approximately 4 acres in size with 3 islands stocked with carp to 30 tench to 7 and a half pounds, pike to 26 pounds, crucians, roach, rudd and eels. The lake is well matured with trees, rushes, lily pads, set in the Chelmer Valley. The match lake has 22 pegs and is heavily stocked with carp to 20 pounds. Match weights over 200 pounds also roach, bream, tench and rudd. River Chelmer we have approximately 600 yards of the River Chelmer which has pike, roach, chub, and perch.
