Victoria Park Lakes.

Victoria Park, London, E9 7, London, United Kingdom

Victoria Park Anglers Alliance (VPAA) is a voluntary community group set up in 2003 who maintain the lakes and the surrounding environment. West Lake was once a boating lake. A shallow lake with depths of about a metre, natural and concrete banks, where an unhooking mat is required. Low fish stocks of Eels, Perch and Carp, making it more challenging to fish. East Lake was reopened in 2005 and from this lake free coaching events take place, encouraging newcomers and are open to all. East Lake contains mostly small fish, such as Rudd, Roach and Perch, also stocked with Carp, Crucian Carp and Tench. Suitable for disabled anglers. Rod licence required for both lakes.
