Members only fishery

Stone arch fisheries are now offering anglers the opportunity to fish two stunning lakes in the heart of Shropshire.

Having been originally dug out in the 1700s, these waters have been run as match waters for the last 30 years.

Over this time the match fishing seen on waters of this size had declined. With many if not all of the smaller fish being decimated by cormarants. The lakes were left with only the larger fish resident.Walcot

In 2012 i took control of the 10 acre lake transforming it over a period of time and restocking with carp. These fish

Have thrived in the lake and many of these fish are now 20 plus with larger fish coming through all the time.
