The Lake itself holds a good stock of Carp that seem to range in size between a pound and double figures. A few Perch have been caught as well as a handful of small Roach.
Depths seem to range between 2-6ft in the margins up to 20ft in the middle.
The aim is not to create a commercial type fishery where every fish has a badly damaged mouth and everybody tries to keep the methods allowed as simple as possible.
