Anglers still have complete access to all of the ponds even if the estate is closed to pedestrians during the winter. Just remember to lock any gates you open behind you, and be cautious since the ground may be very slick in certain areas.

With eleven lakes that are teeming with fantastic species including Carp, Tench, Roach, Perch, Golden Rudd, and even Eels, we provide peaceful coarse fishing from our location in the picturesque East Sussex countryside, just outside of the brand-new South Downs National Park.

We provide everything you want for an ideal fishing day. Along with a wide variety of waters, the estate has restrooms, plenty of parking, and even a tearoom where visitors may get everything from a coffee to a fully prepared dinner.

Our fishery makes for a superb family day out as well as the ideal location for the serious fisherman thanks to the fantastic forest trails and wildlife that surround the waterways. We provide memberships, night fishing sessions, and day session tickets.
