Seven Meadows and Stannells is a mile stretch of the river Avon at the downstream end of the Recreation Ground in Stratford town center. The stretch, which is packed with roach and chub and is moderately deep, starts at Lucy's Mill road bridge and runs downstream to the meadow below Stannells Bridge, a former railway bridge.

I had a great time fishing at Seven Meadows & Stannells. The scenery was beautiful, and the fish were plentiful. I caught a few nice ones and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this fishery to anyone looking for a relaxing day out.
