he lake is open in 2016 from 1st April to Saturday 29th October from 9.00 a.m. Closing time moves with available light April, May, September and October 6.00pm and during summer May to August early evening fishing is possible allowing a closing time of 7.30pm. The main gates of the estate close promptly at 8pm.  The number of rods are strictly limited to six and therefore booking is essential. Booking is arranged by telephoning the gunroom on (01335) 330247. The bag limit is three fish, which are your first three fish caught. Thereafter catch an release on barbless hooks a further five fish. Extra fish may be purchased.
