There are eight swims in the coarse lake (tw double swims in close proximity for the social anglers). There are a lot of roach, rudd, perch, bream, tench, and smaller carp in this lake. The lake's length has been increased, and the bottom has been dredged to provide depth. The coarse lake will cost £7 per day, per rod, with under 16s fishing for free when accompanied by an adult.

One bank of the carp lake has been excavated out, virtually doubling the size of the lake! Fishing will be allowed just from one side of the five pegs provided (big enough to accommodate a bivvy). This lake is home to a huge number of double-digit carp weighing in at over 18 pounds. The carp lake will cost £10 for two rods (carp rods with a minimum 10lb line and a maximum hook size of 6) for a 12-hour period between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. (or vise versus). With an adult, children under the age of 16 can fish for free.
