Shalford Lake is located near Brimpton, West Berkshire. It is approximately 6 acres in size with depths reaching 20ft. Bottle Lake is approximately 10 acres of water which is shallower around the perimeter but eventually drops to 20ft with some good hold holes in and around the edges.These were originally gravel pits of about 30 years old and both are spring fed with crystal clear water. Rowney, the Predator lake, was established in 1999 with on-going landscaping, vegetation and stocking of pike, perch, bream, tench, roach and dace. This lake has middle depths of up to 27ft. There is regular stocking of rudd, roach and trout for the predators to ensure their optimum condition. A locked building is also made available to syndicate members providing shelter, kitchen facilities and lavatories.
