Dawnsvale is set on approx 2.5 acres and is deep in the Essex country side you can't see it from the road you need to drive across 5 acres to get to it so it really is peaceful rural no crowds fishing just as nature intended, the lake is surrounded by trees so there is plenty of shelter, we have picnic tables around the lake and a porta loo on site, there is a shop about half a mile away for hot/cold drinks and food, we hold a good head of fish which are most species of carps tench bream and eels if you want to fish for eels you will need to ask permission as we are a preservation water as eels are coming in decline, the water is 24 foot at it's deepest point. Plenty of parking available
