The Belvoir Lakes fishery is located on Belvoir Castle Estate in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir only a few miles from Grantham and Melton Mowbray, the fishery is easily accessed from the A52, A1 and A607. The fishery is made up of three waters; two 12 acre lakes Known as the Upper and Lower Lakes and the small lake which is ¼ of an acre. The venue is managed as a mixed fishery containing carp to 30lbs, bream to 14lbs, perch to 4lbs, pike to 25lbs, roach to 2lbs and tench to 8lbs. At present the lower lake contains up to 500 carp to 30lbs with the average weight being mid to upper doubles. The Upper Lake contains up to 250 carp with the biggest going 28lbs this year. The variety of stock is the same as the Lower Lake however the Upper Lake does contain some very special scaly fish to upper twenties. Day Tickets Adults £7.00 for one rod and £10.00 for two rods.
