The Ham Road Complex is a productive fishery, producing several doubles, twenties and thirties, as well as at least three forties. Anyone who has fished this location can attest that it is well worth a season or two. These lakes are not simple to access, yet they are the best for a bite.
Bird Lake — There are roughly 50 fish above the 30lb mark, with the largest three weighing in at 37 lb, and approximately 150-200 fish weighing between 27lb and 29lb. In all, there are over 700 carp present, ranging in size from singles to low 20s. Three known 40lb fish have been caught at the location, making it a must-visit for the big fish hunter. There are a few bars in Bird Lake; the depth ranges from 10 to 14 feet, with a silt bottom and some difficult sections.
We do not currently have anymore single tickets left to fish this lake, however there are still gold tickets available. This facility does not have a closed season; nevertheless, swim/lake closures are common during the spawning season.
